Ann Marie "Annie" McCall, 59, of Woodland Park, died at home Monday, February 12, 2018.
Born in Teaneck, Annie was the daughter of Donald E. and Mary Ann Wolf. Raised in Elmwood Park, she graduated from high school there before earning her B.S. from Montclair State.
While working for Sony, she fell in love with her co-worker, Ed McCall. The couple married in 1993, and together settled in Woodland Park, raising two daughters.
Annie held a long career as a Web Specialist, employed by Sony for 19 years, and later for Prudential Financial in Newark. She greatly enjoyed her career and her work.
Her daughters, though, were the center of her life. Their passions, interests and past times became Annie's.
Annie is lovingly survived by her husband, Ed; her daughters, Cassandra "Casey" and Caitlyn "Caity" McCall; her sisters, Patricia Tinus and her husband Wayne, and Linda Katona and her husband Robert; her sisters-in-law, Karen McCall, Patricia Kane and her husband James, Kathleen Kupka and her husband Martin, and Joan Gray; her brother-in-law, Brian McCall and his wife Pamela; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Mary Ann Wolf, her father and mother-in-law, Leonard and Mary McCall, and her brother-in-law, James McCall.
Visiting will be Thursday from 4-8 pm at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains. A funeral Mass will be held 9:30 am Friday at Holy Angels RC Church, Little Falls. Burial will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the MAC Angels Foundation or ALS Association would be greatly appreciated by the McCall family.
