Please accept my deepest sympathies. I had the privilege to work for Lt. Parrella during my formative years with the City’s Police Department. I quickly came to appreciate Lt. Parrella as a Light in an often times dark world. The respect he embodied and the humor he shared not only elevated the service he generously provided others but further served to represent your great family exceedingly well.
