Obituary of Nancy Campbell

Nancy J. Campbell of Pompton Plains, NJ passed away on November 25 at the age of 84.

Born in Ridgewood, NJ, Nancy was the daughter of George and Virginia Snedecor and was raised in Fair Lawn, NJ where she graduated from Fair Lawn High School in 1955.

Nancy married Douglas Campbell in 1958 and started their family in Waldwick, NJ.  In 1968 they built their dream home in Douglas' hometown of Pompton Plains where they raised their two daughters.

Nancy was a member of The First Reformed Church in Pompton Plains, NJ.  She worked at State Farm Insurance Co. in Wayne, NJ for 12 years which she loved.  She enjoyed bowling, golf, and playing canasta with her girlfriends.

Nancy is survived by her daughter Donna Campbell, daughter Jill Colombo and son-in-law Joseph Colombo, grandchildren Joseph Colombo (Cara), Charles Colombo (Ashley), Jane Colombo and her fiancé (Fintan), and her great grandchildren Jesse, Emily, and Adeline.  Nancy is also survived by her brother George Snedecor III (Edith) of Laurel, DE, sisters-in-law Nicky Campbell, Linda Maschler (Robert), her nieces Deborah Nelson (Keith), Pamela Biss (Kenneth), nephews Mark Snedecor (Amy), Matthew Snedecor (Lauren).

At the family's request, services will be Private.
