Al married his wife and best friend, Sharon Marie Manza in 1976 and together had three beautiful children, creating a wonderful and loving household. A loving father, Al would wake up early every morning to make his children breakfast before heading off to work and made sure to be home in time for dinner with his family.
What Al may be most remembered for is being a loyal and supportive friend, always greeting anyone with a smile and warm hello, as well as his passion and dedication to the youth community of Pompton Lakes. He was a dedicated Little League and PLRYO member, who coached baseball, softball, soccer and football. He was there for everything his children participated in, from their youth years continuing into high school, there was never a game or event he missed. He was a diehard lover of all things sports and passed on his passion for the game of golf, as well as his love for the Dallas Cowboys and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
