Doug didn't have a mean bone in his body, he was just "kind". John and I have known "Dougie" and the Elmer's family since we were both kids ourselves. Any and every time I saw him he would give you such a warm pleasant smile, asking how I was, how the family was and he'd always have a nice compliment for me. Always made you feel like you were somebody.
He was a kind soul, may he find eternal peace with his parents and Karen. God speed Dougie!
