Gale Repasy, 67, passed away February 6, 2023.
Gale was born to Rudolph and Marie Evancek and was raised in Passiac NJ. In high school, Gale met the love of her life and soulmate, Marty. They married and raised two children in Bloomingdale NJ. She was a transcriptionist for many years then later was able to build a company, Elite Transcripts. After retirement she moved from Bloomingdale and settled in Jim Thorpe PA.
Gale adored her family and loved spending time with them. She found joy in planning and going on family vacations. She enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and skiing trips to Colorado. After Marty's passing she joined a women's traveling group and was able to take several trips around the country and to Canada. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed decorating her gardens with statues and trinkets. She was a great cook and loved to make holiday cookies for family and friends. She enjoyed good Mexican food and a great Margarita.
Gale is predeceased by her husband Marty Repasy (2018). Gale is survived by her son Martin Repasy and his wife Melissa, her son Adam Repasy and his girlfriend Melissa Thomzick; her sister Judy Hessel and her husband Paul.
A viewing will be held Saturday February 11, 2023 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home. Cremation will be private.
