Obituary of Margaret B. Cooper

Margaret B. Cooper, 90, of Wayne, passed away on March 9, 2023.

Born in Stuttgart, Germany on April 29, 1932, Margaret was the daughter of Alfred and Meta Frida Schex Brumm. She came to the US in 1952 and married William Cooper. She worked as a drafter for NJ Bell for 45 years before retiring in 1992, and then worked for 15 more years as a receptionist at Van Dyk Manor nursing home in Ridgewood.

Margaret is lovingly survived by many friends. She was predeceased by her husband, William.

An hour of visitation will be held beginning at 10:00 am on Monday, March 20 at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at First Reformed Cemetery, Pompton Plains.
