I was a patient of his and he was a caring and very empathetic nurse. I will miss his bedside manner. I am truly shocked and saddened by his passing.

Mr. Graiani was such a sweet and gentle soul. Our encounters were not many, but grand in each time. As a patient of his, he made me feel just like one of his own.
When time to take blood pressure --- we laughed, also at the time to get on the scale or take a breathing test!
Mr. Graiani discussed his family and his interest to help the public, he truly felt like a father.
Despite race, religion, whatever mishap that led to the visit, he always was so cool and really made coming to the doctor like a cool breeze and sense of relief.
Grief is not the feeling, but to his family may this note serve that your Husband and Father carried you into his visits. He made us patients leave with a smile, and of course, calm warning in when there were things that needed to be tended to.
Rockland Medical Group and its patients will miss him so much. He always walked in with a smile and left with just the same.
Warm blessings and solidarity.
Until we meet again - - - Thank you.

An amazing compassionate caring practitioner who died in the line of duty! Thank you for being my friend, mentor, rabbi, and cheerleader! I will go on with school with you in my heart. A profound loss to the world! My thoughts and prayers are with you Jen. It’s because of your love and support he was able to get his DNP! He loved the 2nd half of his life and you were a big part of that. Rest In Peace Kevin

After Housing for Kevin and NYPD for me, Kevin and I both worked together at SVPD.
He did indeed take funny to a whole new level! Kevin, my thanks for the laughter...it was a time and place where humor was the most valuable commodity.
R.I.P. Brother.

My condolences to his entire family on his loss. I worked with Kevin at Psa7 when I got there in 1986. He was a great cop and was always the funniest person in the room, which, if you know what we were dealing with in the South Bronx at that time, was so very important to get through those days. He always lit up a room , and am sure he is still doing so. Kevin, til we meet again, it was my honor and pleasure to have had you in my life.
