Obituary of Patricia B Molnar
Patricia Molnar, age 81, passed away peacefully at home, with her family by her side on June 6, 2020. She was born in September of 1938 in Brooklynn, New York to John and Theresa. She married her longtime friend and love, Denis Molnar, in April of 1959 and began their large, loving family.
Patricia was born & raised in Brooklynn. She worked in a variety of jobs, sometimes more than one at a time, during her life. She started her career at Exxon Corporation, where she met her loving husband. After having children, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to a successful career in sales, in both her own business and for others.
First and foremost, Patricia was a devoted wife to the love of her life, Denis. They were happily married for 61 years. Through the many ups and downs that life brings, Pat and Denis faced them together with constant support and love. Right to the very end, they shared a special bond built on love, support, laughter, and patience. They shared this bond and the understanding of the importance of family with their 6 children.
Patricia, a dedicated mother, treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She loved her family and instilled in her children strong values, which have served them well, as well as a strength that allows them to deal with anything that life throws their way, just like she did. She will be dearly missed and forever in their hearts.
She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She loved to spend time with her close friends and family enjoying life, spending time at the casinos, going on vacations or just sharing a drink.
She was the loving & devoted mother of Denise Cusick, Debbie Barry, Patty Helthall, Brenda Valente, Doreen Dransfield and Denis Molnar. Grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 2. All will miss her beautiful smile.
